If you are working in OAP and you can see that the company name is not showing up in the Active learners list, like below:
1. Open that learner in TMS (Search Contact).
2. Open Employer details
3. Now untick and tick back Primary Employer and save
This fixes the issue. Confirm that this is now showing by checking on OAP Active learners list:
Perform an additional check by reviewing the Learner's Company detail. In particular, Company Portal must be added to Roles → Manage Groups as below:
Roles → ANZSIC Reporting Sector must also have some details populated as below:
