When using TMS you can see that the headings of menu items on the left side of TMS are missing (grey text on grey box).
We have discovered the root cause for this issue - Windows 10 Scaling. When the Scaling in Windows 10 settings is set to 150% or higher, the menu text appears to be shifted below the visible section of the menu. It's worth noting that the DEFAULT scaling in Windows 10 is 150%.
Reducing the Scaling to 125% or 100% will bring the text back in line with the visible area of the menu item. We are currently using this as a workaround, but a fix to scale the menu bar appropriately to fit the scaled text.
1. Right click on the Desktop Background ->Open display settings
2. Change scale layout
3. Close your SmartTMS and log back to reflect changes.
