When an account manager creates a visit report in OAP and does not include company name in the scheduling screen from TMS, a Visit Report is created and saved, but it shows up completely empty. The Company name is very easily missed since its not a compulsory field (usually when learner has two company names available then OAP/TMS doesn't pick a default company name). 






 



To fix this, make sure that Company name and required fields are populated correctly in OAP.





 


If no company name is found in the OAP dropdown box, you will need to open TMS, search the queried Learner and open their Learner record. Go to the Training Record ->Visits:


 






 



Double click on the visit without a Company name (i.e. Look for the visit date you are having an issue with) to verify if Company name is populated. If not please select the correct company name from the dropdown box - Save & close visit.






 



Once you make these changes, go back to OAP and verify the Visit Report has the correct details.
