Here is what you need to know if you can’t get into SmartTMS:


  1. Are you setup correctly by IT? If you get below error message, it means that you are not setup correctly with IT –




You will need to open a ticket with IT by emailing [email protected] to get this resolved. It might require your manager’s approval if your role does not clearly state your access to TMS.

 


  1. Are you connected to the right Wifi connection? If you're working in the office, ensure you're connected to Competenz wifi. 

 




                        If you are connected to the Competenz_Guest Wifi, please use this solution to connect to the correct Competenz Wifi.



If you're working from home, please ensure you're connected to Fortinet VPN.

                        

  • Click on the arrow to open the System Tray, then right-click on the green Shield icon for FortiClient.

     
  • Select Connect to "Competenz VPN"
