How to Download Outlook Address Book

1. In Outlook, click FILE menu on the upper left corner.

   
   

   

2. Once here, click on Account Settings -> Download Address Book.

   
   

   

3. There’ll be a prompt for the “Offline Address Book” and you can just click “OK”

   
   

   
   

4. A progress bar will appear and you can just wait for this process to be completed. This will box will automatically disappear once the process is done.
