Enabling O365 MyAnalytics

 

With MyAnalytics you can quickly see what you are doing. By simply looking at “Your time this week,” you can see where you spent your time and know where you need to make changes.

 

Here are the steps to enable your MyAnalytics:

  1. Open your browser and login to https://www.office.com/?auth=2 and enter your email address as username and your usual CZ laptop password.    



 

 





     2. Once logged in, look for MyAnalytics If you cannot find the app on your dashboard, click the All Apps icon – found at the lower left side of your screen, to display all the available apps on your Microsoft account.


 



 3. You will be redirected to your MyAnalytics dashboard. If this is your first time accessing this, you will not be receiving any reports until next week.


         



 

  4. To configure your work week and start time – this is to make the report accurate, click Config Settings found at the lower left of your screen.

 

 

Note: You will start receiving all MyAnalytics email reports a week AFTER you have enabled your O365 MyAnalytics.
