How to connect / disconnect the Foundry and Cannery for joint Zoom Meetings

To connect the 4 screens, speakers and microphones for 1 big meeting in The Foundry AND The Cannery meeting rooms, follow these steps.

1. In the Foundry, on the right side of the left TV screen, there is a white panel and you need to press these buttons in this sequence.

   

   1. OFF – this will power-on the 4 screens and this will stay LIT up.

      
      

   2. LINK (hold for 3 seconds) – this will then link the 4 screens into The Foundry Zoom room. The OFF button will then be turned off. 

      
      

   3. VC – this will link the speakers and microphones together.

      
      

2. You can then go to the FOUNDRY meeting room tablet and start or join the Zoom meeting from there.

   
   

To disconnect and have them on their individual meeting rooms, just press the OFF Button from the white panel board in the Foundry. This will turn the screens off. You just then need to power them ON using their individual TV Remotes.

In case that the 4 screens are still showing the same display even after pressing OFF, you can use the remote control to change the HDMI source on each room.

FOR INDIVIDUAL ZOOM ROOMS

1. The FOUNDRY should be on HDMI 1

   
   

2. The CANNERY should be on HDMI 1

   
   

FOR JOINT ROOMS

1. The FOUNDRY should be on HDMI 1

   
   

2. The CANNERY should be on HDMI 2

   
   

In a sense, you just need to change the CANNERY TV screens.
