If you recently reset your password and are working from home, you now need to synchronise this new password to your laptop in order to access our network resources.

 

Please follow these steps:


1. After successfully changing your password, log in to the Azure VPN with your new password. Make sure you disconnect first if you are already connected. 


         


2. Once disconnected, clear the sign-in info in Azure VPN so it prompts for you to enter your new password. To clear sign-in info, click the ellipsis and select Configure



       



3. On the right-hand side of Azure VPN, scroll to the bottom, click Clear Saved Account and click Save button

     


4. Connect to Azure VPN and when prompted to signed in, select Work or School account (NOTE: select this option only after changing your password as it allows for you to re-enter your new password). Enter your email address and new password.

   


     


5. Once Connected, press CTRL+ALT+DEL and select "Lock" on your screen 

           

 

6. Then unlock your screen and log in with your new password. This will fully synchronize your new password. You are done and ready to continue on with your day!
