1. Find and open the outlook application on your phone (this comes preinstalled on all Samsung’s, you may need to go to the app store on certain iPhone’s to install it), you can do this by swiping up on the home screen of your phone. The icon looks like the below picture.



       2. Open this application, if it prompts for what account that needs to be added, select Microsoft 365  

        3.  Enter your email address and password, which is the same password used to login to your laptop.



        4. After that it is just a series of clicking okay and allow and then it will start syncing all of your emails to your phone.
