Once a webinar is created, Panelists received a separate email invite for the webinar as below:



1. Click Add to Calendar which will download a calendar file. Click to open the calendar file



2.  The meeting dialog box will appear, click Save & Close to add this to your calendar. Use the link attached when joining as a Panelist in the webinar.


3. If you're already in the webinar as an attendee and was made a panelist, leave the webinar and click the link from the Panelist email invite.
