How to proceed with Locked Links from Emails
If you have received an external email that would have FLAGS added to the email such as the one below and also link is redirected via ANTIGENA, this means the link has been LOCKED for security reasons.
When you click on the link you’ll be brought about to this site.
You can click on the “REQUEST ACCESS” the system will further analyse the link and determine if it’s safe to proceed or not. These are the possible outcomes.
- OUTCOME #1 : You’ll be granted permission and you can access the link without any issues. This will be logged by our system for future action reference.
- OUTCOME #2 : The link is LOCKED and you’ll get this message as it’s been determined to be unsafe and malicious.
- OUTCOME #3 : The link is DOUBLE LOCKEDand you’ll get this message.
