1. Open Outlook desktop application.


2. From the upper menu, under Home, click icon beside New Email. Select Teams Meeting



3. A new window will pop-up, enter the corresponding meeting details. Click Send once completed.

 


4. Another way to create Teams Meeting from Microsoft Outlook is using the Calendar tab. 

From the Outlook desktop application, at the lower left side, click the Calendar icon. At the upper menu, click the New Teams Meeting icon.






5. A new window will pop-up, enter the corresponding meeting details. Click Send once completed.
