1. From your browser, open FreshService, go to the View you want as the new default for your browser shortcut.
2. Copy the URL
3. Open a new tab and hover over the existing shortcut that you want to update, click the 3 dots and select Edit shortcut
4. Under the URL field, paste the new URL(see item #2), you can also update the shortcut name. Click Done. This will now update your existing FreshService browser shortcut.
