For whom participating the UAT please can you follow the steps below to install Windows App in your laptop, which is the tool to access the TMS UAT environment.
- Add user in #G-APP-WindowsApp security group for Intune to deploy Windows App as Windows Store has been blocked since Dec 2025 due to security reason.
- Launch Windows App once it's installed.
- Click “Skip” to bypass the introduction:
- Once Windows app is installed, launch the app and you will be prompted initially for your Office 365 account, enter your email and password. Confirm the code for MFA Authentication
- Once signed-in you would be seeing the following screen. The Windows App installation is complete.
- Click “Connect” above to access the AVD. The following prompt would be showed. Click “More choices” and then “Use a different account”:
- Then fill in the Username either eito\peoplecrm1, eito\peoplecrm2 or eito\peoplecrm3 and related password depends on the timeslot you booked for testing in which it would be shared later:
- The AVD is launched, and you can open the UAT TMS as below. Use your own Windows account to login to TMS UAT:
The required password and booking website would be shared in Teams chatroom once those are ready.

The credential are in keepass/NordPass. ICT would advise user in due course.

1. User is to add into this AD group for AVD access: Competenz-AVD-Dev-Users. For SmartTMS UAT user please add it in PeopleCRM-TestUsers group
2. Navision Test has been installed for F5 in AVD. AVD can't access production VLAN

1. TMS DEV has been installed in 3 AVD together with TMS UAT. User should be able to see both icons in desktop:
2. If you are using eito\peoplecrm1, eito\peoplecrm2 or eito\peoplecrm3 in Step 9 above please HOLD the SHIFT in keyboard and right click NAV icon above, then the menu is shown with "Run as different user" option.
Then put your Windows account as below. Then you should be above to launch NAV UAT:
