HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD ON YOUR LAPTOPS / DESKTOPS 


NOTE: You can only  follow these steps when you are PHYSICALLY LOCATED and CONNECTED TO THE COMPETENZ NETWORKS 


          


  1. From your keyboard, press CTRL + ALT + DEL.


  2. These options would show up. Select the “Change a password…”


         



  1. After clicking this, the following options would show up. Type your existing password in the “Old Password” and then your new password and confirm new password.


           

 


  1. Click on the arrow right button or press enter after doing the steps below.
