How to add shared or secondary shared mailboxes


NOTE: The user must have permission on the shared or user mailbox to be able to successfully map the secondary mailbox.


1. On Outlook, go to File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings.


     



2. Double click on the email account -> More Settings -> Advanced tab -> Add button -> Type the mailbox name and click OK all the way to apply the changes.



      



3. Wait for a few minutes for the mailbox to fully download and replicate on outlook before the user can see the inbox emails.
