1. Under CZ Hub, locate and click the Get IT Help - Freddy tile 


      

     Alternatively, you can copy and paste the following link to your browser tab https://competenz.freshservice.com/support/home

          

 



2. Type the keywords of the issue you're currently experiencing. A set of links will be suggested to you. You can click on these and follow the instructions or click 
View All to display available knowledge base articles


         

  



3. You can also click Browse Solutions to view all available knowledge base articles.





4. If none of these links are useful with your issue, send an email to IT Issues and provide additional information or screenshots.
