There is a known issue with HP Elitebook X360 laptops when trying to log a Visit with a Learner - selecting the Time picker drop-down doesn't show the clock. F5 have logged this with Avolin.

This issue with the Time picker is ONLY occurring on the HP X360 Windows 10 touch screen laptops.

There is a work around to resolve this issue, by disabling the Touch Friendly Interface settings in OAP:

1. Login to Competenz Central via https://portal.competenz.org.nz by clicking the Windows icon:
   

   
   

   

   
   

   
   

   
   
2. Click on Enter Results
   
3. Open the logged in user's settings by clicking on the Settings icon in the top-right corner:
        
4. Scroll down in Preferences tab settings window and click on Show Advanced preferences
       
5. Disable a touch friendly interface (by default it's set to Automatic)
       
6. Close the settings and the drop-down clock will now appear.
