How to Schedule a ZOOM Meeting (OUTLOOK)
- On Outlook, under the HOME top menu, click on the “Schedule Meeting” button.
- If you’re NOT logged in to your zoom account, you’ll be prompted to login with your Competenz email address.
NOTE: If you can’t remember your ZOOM account password, click on the “forgot?” link by the password field.
- From there, you’ll be asked to check the details of the meeting. Important notes below.
- ALWAYS check the “Require Meeting password”
- Check the “Enable join before host”. This option allows participants to join the call even if the host still not joined yet.
- Add an “Alternative Hosts” if as a backup.
- ALWAYS check the “Require Meeting password”
- The details will then be invitation. Set the correct date and time and add your invitees.
- If you would want to book the ZOOM meeting room, ADD the meeting room on your invitation.
- Once everything is done, click “Send”
