How to Schedule a ZOOM Meeting (OUTLOOK)


  1. On Outlook, under the HOME top menu, click on the “Schedule Meeting” button.



  1. If you’re NOT logged in to your zoom account, you’ll be prompted to login with your Competenz email address.


NOTE: If you can’t remember your ZOOM account password, click on the “forgot?” link by the password field.



 



  1. From there, you’ll be asked to check the details of the meeting. Important notes below.


    1. ALWAYS check the “Require Meeting password”


    2. Check the “Enable join before host”. This option allows participants to join the call even if the host still not joined yet.


    3. Add an “Alternative Hosts” if as a backup.



  1. The details will then be invitation. Set the correct date and time and add your invitees.


  2. If you would want to book the ZOOM meeting room, ADD the meeting room on your invitation.


  3. Once everything is done, click “Send”
