How to Use the Zoom Room to join a meeting


Currently, the following conference rooms(The Butchery, The Foundry, The Shed, The Cannery, The Refinery) are capable of conducting a zoom meeting. These are the steps to join a zoom meeting using the Zoom equipment in the mentioned conference rooms.


  1. In between the main conference room door and the LEFT SIDE tv screen, you should find the zoom controller tablet.


  2. You can press the home button to turn the tablet on.


  3. On the menu, there should be a JOIN option.


  4. Then, you’ll be asked for the meeting ID and press JOIN. You also may be required for a PASSCODE if there is any.
