How to map a network printer (Auckland Grafton office)


  1. Click on the start /windows button and type the server name \\cz1-prd-vm-ut01





  1. The available print queues will be visible. Right click on the one you want to add and select “Connect”.




         

         For double-sided, right-click on either Snuffles - 2Side or Unity2Side, and select “Connect”


       

  


           For A3 printing, right-click on Snuffles - A3 Printer, and select “Connect”

         


             

        For Staples printing, right-click on Snuffles - Staples Printer, and select “Connect”

         




  1. A process bar will pop-up that will add the printer and printer driver to your computer.






Note: Printer name will show up as either Unity, Snuffles, Unity2Side or Snuffles - 2Side  on your machine.
