How to Schedule a Zoom Webinar


Note: A special Webinar license would need to be granted to your account for you to schedule a webinar. 


  1. Go to https://competenz-org-nz.zoom.us/and log in with your Zoom account, using your work email address.


  2. On the left menu, click “Webinars”. On the main page, there should be a “Schedule a Webinar”, click this.




  1. Fill out all the details for the webinar such as topic, description, schedule, etc. Please note that you need to always check “Require webinar passcode” for security purposes.



  1. Click on Schedule at the bottom of the page to save and schedule the said webinar.




     5. You can then download the various invitation forms which you can then forward to your invitees. 


           



    6. You can manually start your webinar by clicking the "Start this Webinar" option.
