How to assign the Spotlight video in a Zoom Webinar (HOST)

Assigning the SPOTLIGHT VIDEO means that that selected panelist will be the one attendees will see and hear from their end. The panelist will also be able to share his/her screen or presentation.

1. Right click on the panelist you want to present or speak

   
   

2. Click on the SPOTLIGHT VIDEO option from the menu.

   
   

   

3. To cancel, do the same by right-click on the panelist and select “Cancel the Spotlight Video”.

   
   

   NOTE: Cancelling the spotlight video will revert the video presentation to the host.
