1. In Outlook, click File and choose Automatic Replies (Out of Office) 




2. Tick both "Send automatic replies" and "Only send during this time range". Set the Start time and End time.  Under the "Inside My Organization" tab, choose a font and type an auto-reply message. 




3. Click the "Outside My Organization" tab, tick Auto-reply and choose "Anyone outside my organization".  Choose a font and type the auto-reply message you would like external contacts to see.  Click "OK" to save your settings.
