1. While your browser is open, click the ellipsis button (three vertical dots on the right-hand side of the top menu bar) and then Delete browsing data. You can alternatively press Ctrl+Shift+Delete on the keyboard.
2. A new window will pop up as shown below. Under the Advanced tab, be sure the time range is set to All Time and only the two options for cookies and cache are ticked. Then click Clear data
3. For the last step, close and reopen your browser. Alternatively, you can close and reopen just the tabs related to the application you are using (such as closing any tabs related to OAP, Canvas, or Cz Portal).
