How to fix Bounce Back Emails "Your email program is using outdated address information"

On Outlook go to File > Options > Mail > Send Messages > Empty Auto-Complete List -> OK

Once this is done, let the user create a new email with the intended recipient by typing his/her full name and then hitting “CTRL+K”. An underline should appear on the user’s name to indicate that the email address has been found.
