1. On your Samsung device, open Settings, tap Apps (or Applications).
2. Tap Outlook
3. Under App Settings, tap Permissions
4. Tap or toggle the Contacts and Calendar, switch to enable(if disabled) or allowed(if denied)
5. Next open the Outlook app and go to Settings by clicking the picture of yourself in the top left-hand corner and the tapping the icon in the bottom left of the screen Tap
6. Tap your email address that appears on screen and then enable Sync Contacts and Sync Calendars(Sync Calendars doesn't always appear but as long as you switched it on during the previous steps, it will be syncing correctly.
