COMPETENZ Company Email Signature

A company-managed email signature is configured on our server to centralize the management of company branding and format. The following details are the key points:

• A signature is automatically added to all INTERNAL and EXTERNAL emails. This is already configured by default on our email server.

  
  

  

• The signatures will have the user's full name, email address, office address where the user reports, Competenz main contact number, a link to Competenz.org.nz website, a company banner with external links to company campaigns and a disclaimer.

  
  

• The signature will either have the user's mobile number and direct number if the user has one. If user prefers to not have these numbers not on their signatures, they can request for it be change via IT requests.

  
  

• Users can have personal Outlook configured signature but limit it to a closing greeting and optionally the user's name such as one below.
