Start 1:1 or group chats to collaborate with a smaller group or to talk privately, and pin chats for quick access.
1. To start a new chat, select the New Chat icon at the top of your chat list. Then type in the name or names of who you want to reach
2. To name a group chat, select the down arrow to the right of the controls and enter a name in the Group Name field.
3. You'll see the name at the top of the group chat which makes it easier to find later.
4. To rename a group chat, select Name Group Chat, at any point and click Save.
5. On the left, there's a list of your most recent conversations.
6. When you want quick access to a chat, select More Options, Pin.
7. This keeps it visible in the pinned list. You can pin up to 15 chats.
8. Select More Options. Unpin, to remove it from the pinned list.
