How to re-add your Competenz email on your Iphone 6


This article is only applicable to the older Iphone 6 / 6s.


DELETING THE ACCOUNT

NOTE: The steps below does NOT delete your email account from the server.


  1. Go to Settings -> Passwords and Accounts.



  1. Select your Competenz email account under the “Accounts” list. It would either be named “Exchange” or “O365”.


  2. Tap on “Delete Account





 

RE-ADDING YOUR ACCOUNT


  1. While still on Settings -> Passwords and Accounts menu, click on “Add Account



  1. This will bring you to the below screen, select the option Exchange.

  1. Type your Competenz email address and a short description such as O365. 



  1. You will be asked to either SETUP Manually or SIGN-IN. Select SIGN-IN.



  1. This will bring you to the sign-in page. Key in your Competenz account password.




  1. After successfully doing this, open your MAIL app and wait for the emails to start syncing in.
