Issue:
User was trying to view a document in SmartTMS, however, when prompted for Microsoft 365 credentials, it prompted for additional information is required.
Clicking Next displays the following
Solution:
This can happen if MFA is not setup or user would need to confirm if existing information are still up-to-date.
1. Open your browser and open an Incognito window, click the ellipsis and select New Incognito window
2. Login to office.com
3. The same prompt will be displayed, click Next
4. The next screen displays the mobile phone and personal email used for verification, click Ok to confirm the same information are still up-to-date.
5. Go back to SmartTMS, click any of the document, the pop-up display will no longer be shown.
