Issue:
When trying to login to the Te Whare site, users encounter looping issue when verifying their identity
Solution:
There are two workaround for this issue, either by clearing your browser data or opening an Incognito Window:
1. Clear browser data, please see KB article for reference Clearing Browser Data in Google Chrome
After clearing your browser data, close and reopen your browser and login to the site.
2. Open an Incognito Window. From your browser, select ellipsis from the upper right corner and click New Incognito Window.
Login to Te Whare website with your credentials.
