Freddy - IT Virtual Agent App provides knowledge base article to your most common IT issues. It helps users to work through the solutions based on their queries. It will look like just a regular Teams chat. To start chatting with Freddy, click the pinned app on the left hand side of your Microsoft Teams as below:


         


Note: If you're unable to see the app, kindly sign-out and sign-in back to Microsoft Teams.


  • To start conversation with Freddy, type any of the following phrases:

Hello Freddy

Freddy I need help



       



  • Each category will display related knowledge base articles. Click the link to view the full article.



       



  • If you type a word/phrase that is not in the displayed categories or you encounter session timeout (currently if chat has been idle for 30 minutes), it will redisplay the categories for you to select from.



        



  • If you click Ask a question, it will prompt for you to type keywords for your query


       


  • If there are no available articles related to your issues, click No and it will prompt for you to create a ticket by email. Provide additional information and screenshots of the issue/request you have:
