A new version of Microsoft teams will be installed on your machine, you'll see the following message when this is now available for use:

You can opt to switch when you're not using Teams.

If you do switch to the new version of Teams, you can still switch back to the old one, by toggling the following. Note that when you toggle between versions, Microsoft teams will be restarted.

Toggle to switch back to the new version.

Please note, the Saved functionality is NOT available in the new version of Microsoft Teams. If you've used this before, you may see the following message at the top of Microsoft Teams, you can download your Saved messages by clicking Download

If the above message is not showing for you and you're still using the old version of Microsoft Teams, from the upper-right side of Teams, click your photo and select Saved, this will redisplay the above message to enable downloading of Saved messages.
