Scan to email is much the same as it always has been, however without swipe card access there are a couple of extra steps.
At the printer, tap the Email icon to scan something and email it to yourself:
You will get a screen where you can add an email address using the button on the left:
Tap this, and you can type out your email address:
Once you've typed this out, tap the +Add button, then tap the Close button:
You'll go back to the original screen. You can choose here if your scan is double-sided or single sided, and what format you want the scanned document in, PDF, JPG, etc.
Load your documents to scan into the top scanner tray:
When ready, press the big green Start button to scanning:
Check your email for the resulting file that's sent to you:
