Microsoft PowerPoint


Preload an existing template when creating powerpoint presentations.


1. Open the CZ Microsoft PowerPoint template to use, save file as PowerPoint Template( .potx) to the 

    following location (C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Custom Office Templates). 

    Note: Create the Custom Office Templates folder if not showing under Documents folder.


   




2. Open Microsoft PowerPoint -> New. Under Personal tab, double-click the save Cz template to load

     



Microsoft Word


Preload an existing template when creating word document.


1. Open the CZ Microsoft Word template to use, save file as Word Template( .dotm) to the 

    following location (C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Custom Office Templates). 

    Note: Create the Custom Office Templates folder if not showing under Documents folder.


   




2. Open Microsoft Word-> New. Under Personal tab, double-click the save Cz template to load

     



NOTE: If the template is not showing up or the Personal tab is not being displayed, please do the following. 


1. Open Word app, from the menu, click File and select Options

   


2. Click Save, add the following under Default personal templates location: (replace username with your username) and click OK.


      C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Custom Office Templates\


     



3. Close Word app and re-open. The template should now be displayed under Personal tab.
