1. For first time use, swipe your card on the printer and you will be prompted with the following, tap Yes.
2. On the next screen, enter your username (usual format, first name and last name initial, example: johnw) and your machine password.
Note: Take your time entering your password as there is no way to display what you have type.
3. Once done, tap Set. You should now be able to scan/print.
