To access the IT Virtual Agent App, you need to install the app in Microsoft Teams.
- Open Microsoft teams, Click ellipsis and Click More apps (see image below)
- Under Built for your org section, select Freddy
- Click Add button, this will install Freddy - Virtual Agent App
- Once installed, you will see an icon on the left side of your Microsoft Teams
- To start conversation with Freddy and view the main menu, type either of the following or select the categories:
Hi Freddy
Hello Freddy
